June Booking!

My hours for the summer will be a bit different week to week based on summer camp schedules. There may be possible adjustments as I am getting summer camp updates.

LAST MIN SPOTS THIS WEEK : Thur 18th 12:30, Fri 12 pm (basic services only)

Books are officially open for June

My Saturdays off : 10th and 24th.

If you are not able to get an appt. PLEASE add yourself to the waitlist for the Vagaro notification, frequently check the system. OR I will send last min availability Mondays or Tuesdays. (There is no need to ask for availability beyond those days without checking the system first, UNLESS you are requesting a Premium Appt.)

In the event that you need an appt outside of my normal hours, you may request a premium appt , which are temporarily limited to 6 ams Wed- Fri

Cancellations & Reschedules

Please make sure you are familiar with the salon POLICIES

CANCEL- 48 HR,

1 DAY BEFORE -50% AND OR LOSS OF DEPOSIT

WITHIN 12 HOURS/SAME DAY -75%

NO SHOW-%100

RESCHEDULES: 1 RESCHEDULE UP TO 30 DAYS OUT, CAN BE DONE ONLINE OR YOU CAN NOTIFY ME IF YOU DON’T SEE ANYTHING AVAILABLE

(I realize this may not work for some and I totally understand, but I have to protect my business as this is my livelihood.)

Concerns

Its officially Hurricane season and when it rains it pours! I get many of you may not be comfortable traveling in the rain so I suggest checking the weather for the week to make sure you make travel arrangements or reschedules prior to your scheduled appt to avoid fees and or loss of deposit. In the event there is an actual hurricane I will always communicate salon closures, reschedules etc.

(this does not apply to actual hurricane weather,)

Referrals

I just want to say thank you for your referrals! A friendly reminder to send family and or friends to my new guest page, I have a waitlist and want to be fair to those that have been waiting to get booked. I will provide them with all the info they need for booking.
